Hobi4D Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

This Terms & Conditions document is a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Hobi4D ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of Hobi4D's services, you automatically agree to all terms contained in this document.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hobi4D platform in any way – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2 Member Eligibility

• One account only. Each individual is permitted just one active account on Hobi4D at any given time.
• Have never had a Hobi4D account previously closed or suspended for fraud or breach of terms.
• Not currently on Hobi4D's active self-exclusion list.

Hobi4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or inaccurate information at the time of registration is sufficient grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Password & Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Hobi4D recommends using a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
• You are not permitted to share your account login credentials with any other party.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Hobi4D may require identity verification (KYC) before processing certain withdrawals or during routine security checks. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

Deposit Limit

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the Hobi4D account.
• Hobi4D reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on payment method and VIP tier.
• Basic KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.

Refund Policy

Processed deposits cannot be reversed. Refunds are only considered in cases of verifiable technical errors and must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction date.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All Hobi4D bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligibility, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly – rollover requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Rollover is calculated from the total (deposit + bonus) or from the bonus amount only, depending on the terms of the applicable promotion.
• Bets placed using bonus funds do not count towards rollover requirements.
• Hobi4D reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or an attempt to exploit the bonus system is proven.

Daily VIP rebates and weekly cashback credited automatically to VIP members' accounts has no rollover requirements and can be withdrawn directly.

6 Game Rules

All games offered by Hobi4D – including Live Casino, slots, jackpots, and Sports Betting such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more – are operated in accordance with industry-standard regulations using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology independently audited by third parties.

• All game results are final and not subject to dispute unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Any technical disruption occurring on Hobi4D's end during an active game will be resolved in accordance with the respective game's policy – typically by voiding the affected round and refunding the bet.
• Confirmed sports bets cannot be cancelled unless there is a significant change to the event (postponement, cancellation, or change of format) in accordance with the rules of the sport in question.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Hobi4D and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance without notice:

• Registering more than one account (including using another person's name or information).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in casino games or Sports Betting.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities without reporting them to Hobi4D.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or colluding with others to guarantee risk-free winnings (arbitrage).
• Any form of threats, coercion, or violent language directed at Hobi4D staff or other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your Hobi4D account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (once rollover requirements are met) will be processed for withdrawal to your bank account within 3 business days.

Hobi4D reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or violations of applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Hobi4D is committed to protecting members' personal data in accordance with industry standards and applicable Malaysian law. Your personal information is collected solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, and legal compliance.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hobi4D is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made based on information obtained outside the Hobi4D platform.
• Loss of internet connection on the member's end during an active game.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in keeping your password confidential.

Hobi4D's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Hobi4D believes that entertainment should be fun and safe. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.

When significant changes are made, Hobi4D will notify members via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations where immediate notice may be unavoidable.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms & conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Hobi4D platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

Hobi4D is committed to resolving all legitimate complaints in a fair and timely manner. Members are encouraged to contact our support team first before pursuing any formal claim.
