If your deposit hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, contact our support team with proof of transaction.

If your deposit fails, check the following first: make sure your e-wallet or bank account has sufficient funds, confirm you haven't reached your daily transaction limit, and ensure your internet connection is stable during the transaction. If the amount was deducted from your account but not credited to Hobi4D, keep your proof of transaction and contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, log in to your Hobi4D account and go to the "Wallet" or "Withdrawal" section. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum RM50), fill in your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details, and submit your request. Make sure the recipient account name is the same as the name registered with Hobi4D for security purposes.

Rollover (or turnover) is the total wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Here's an example: You receive a RM100 bonus with a 25x rollover. Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses your account from Monday to Sunday. Every Monday, 10% of your net weekly losses is credited to your account with no maximum cap and no rollover requirement.
